The Marketing Research Analyst will be responsible for researching US healthcare
organizations in our company marketing segments using online databases, search
engines, and other resources. They will also be responsible for identifying the associated
contacts and roles who work at those organizations, making phone calls to confirm
certain information at non-client accounts, and entering confirmed data accurately into
Salesforce.
You Will
- UseZoomInfo, LinkedIn,andotherinternet sources toidentifycontactswithtarget roles
on accounts in priority segments Filter and clean data based on provided
requirements. - Use company websites to identify account information including Practice
Management System, Electronic Medical Record, number of providers, and health
system ownership if applicable. - CalltargetaccountsduringUSbusinesshourstoconfirmcompanyinformation such
as Practice Management System, Electronic Medical Record, number of providers,
and health system ownership. - EnterconfirmedcontactandaccountdataintoSalesforceand/orExcel.
- Professionally handle all phone conversations
- Escalate issues to the manager
You Have:
- Experience in Market Research (Primary & Secondary) and using Online
Research tools. - Experience inmakingoutbound phone calls (International)
- Experience enteringdata into SalesforceorotherCRM.
- Experience usingExcel.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
