Rayden Interactive is in search of an Associate Manager, Product Support to be an
integral part of our team. This role entails the management, coaching, and mentoring of
a team of roughly ten (10) support engineers as they collaborate with their peers on the
Product configuration team to help to design and implement a Phreesia solution which
maximizes value for the product.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage, lead, and grow a team of 10+ individual contributors.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure effective and efficient
performance. - Coach individual contributors to proactively engage clients to support and drive
adoption and usage of specific products and features within the Phreesia solution,
ensuring maximum business benefits for the client. - Coach individual contributors to ensure regular account outreach, report generation,
and effective client engagement. - Ensure team is meeting expectations and meeting quarterly objectives and
commitments. - Facilitate team development via weekly 1:1s.
- Interact with leadership counterparts on the Product Support teams in North
America
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science
- 7- 10 years of experience in technical support
- Good communication and willingness to solve the problems.
- Logical thinking aptitude
- Programming knowledge/experience is a plus.
- Experience of handling the team
