Parul was born to be an entrepreneur. She considers herself fortunate to have had fantastic mentors throughout her career. It also makes her acutely aware that she must play the same role for the people of Rayden. Parul believes that inspiration is all around us. We just have to be able to extract it with an open mind conducive to learning. Her motherhood journey has shaped her immensely and brings her a daily dose of joy, purpose and light. Parul brings meticulous attention to detail to everything we do at Rayden and is obsessive about the culture we foster as a rapidly scaling organization.

I’ve been with Rayden Interactive since 2019, and it’s been one heck of a ride. Not the kind where you scream out of fear, but the kind where you grow, laugh, hustle, and occasionally wonder how the team still has energy at 6 PM on a Friday.

Rayden is one of those rare places where people actually mean it when they say “culture matters.” The work is challenging, sure — but it comes with a team that genuinely supports you, celebrates wins (big or small), and somehow always manages to find the perfect meme for every situation.
