Rayden Interactive is looking for a Devops Lead to join our growing team!
Who We Want:
DevOps Lead is responsible for managing a DevOps team. DevOps team manages our build and
deployment process, configures, and provisions server architecture, and strives to improve the
release management process. The DevOps team is engaged in every phase of the product
deployment process to enable development teams to build and deploy their changes to test and
production environments alike. DevOps Lead will be involved in managing the team involved in
continuous integration deployments as well as both monitoring the progress and verifying the
success of major release deployments which run late in the evening and overnight to support our
service uptime requirement
You will
- Build a high performing team and help team members to grow in their career path.
- Mentor the DevOps team to manage and execute scheduled software releases
- Setup processes and practices for pre-release quality checks.
- Guide the team to facilitate deployments to development/test and staging environments.
- Mange the activities to Identify, triage, help resolve, or escalate deployment issues
introduction environments. - Review and track deployment release scope while coordinating with development and
data centre teams alike to both manage expectations and effectively deliver products. - Drive innovation and streamline overall development pipeline processes.
- Learn the basics of the US Healthcare system and how customers use our products.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of total work experience.
- Good knowledge of designing and building automated solutions for Infrastructure
- Proven skills to understand Microsoft .Net, C# or similar OO oriented frameworks and
solutions - Basic principles of distributed messaging mechanism management (MSMQ, RabbitMQ)
- Expertise in progress tracking, performance monitoring and deployment tools (Octopus,
JIRA/, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Chef). - Expert knowledge of IAC tools like Terraform
- Experience creating CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise in Docker / Kubernetes development and maintenance.
- Expert knowledge of deployment processes
