We are blind to the external factors that divide or define people. What truly matters to us is who they are as individuals— their character, interests, openness to new ideas, and their individual awesomeness.

Reflecting on our journey from a small team of 9 to a thriving company of 900 exceptional individuals, I am grateful for the unique culture we have fostered. Our success has never been about diversity quotas, typical skill sets, or degrees. It’s about hiring awesome people and creating an environment where their awesomeness can truly thrive.

Our culture isn’t perfect, though. In a diverse workplace, it’s natural for some to feel – momentarily – left out or misunderstood. But we never let these issues linger. We believe it’s crucial for everyone, whether leaders, colleagues, or new team members, to bridge any gaps that arise. When we see someone making an effort, it encourages us to reciprocate.

This mindset has allowed us to build a workplace that is not only diverse but genuinely inclusive. The Raydenites have shown me that with mutual respect, open-mindedness, and fairness, great things can happen!

Diversity and inclusion is not the goal, it’s the byproduct!
