Sr Analyst, Graphic Designer

motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing Rayden team.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing solutions for unique Phreesia-owned
campaigns to help educate patients be their own advocates before, during and after their
doctors’ appointments. Reporting to the Campaign Technologist and/or Creative Design Lead,
the Graphic Designer will design data-driven campaigns for the proprietary Phreesia platform
leveraging existing modular design templates, to design campaigns from concept through
development. This individual will need to execute design ideas with a high level of accuracy
and refined aesthetics.
The Graphic Designer will keep work organized and embrace communication changes that
promote alignment and transparency among team members across departments. You easily
communicate and present ideas and rationales to multi-disciplined team members and
stakeholders. You will also work with Phreesia internal team members; liaise with other
Campaign Designers, Copywriters, Creative Technologist, Digital Producers and
Programmers, as well as take content input from our Content Managers. This opportunity is
ideal for someone looking to develop creative chops for digital assignments. You’ll be joining

What You’ll Do:
• Work with respect to best practices and considerations for digital design, including
grid systems, typographic hierarchy, accessibility, image optimization, and
understanding of HTML/CSS
• Collaborate with and support other designers and developers throughout the handoff process to ensure high-quality campaign experiences
• Follow brand guidelines, internal processes, and file organization
• Understanding UX/UI and how to interpret into the digital space
• The ability to articulate and defend design choices to fellow designers, internal team
members, and clients
• Stay creatively fresh: actively seek and share digital inspiration (creative, technology,
general digital trends) with their teams, art department, and agency
• Present/communicate in an organized, professional, and effective manner. Can
effectively presents design ideas to internal team members and ask questions if
necessary
• Working with digital producer and internal Phreesia creative, be responsible for
managing personal workload and timelines
• Defends strength of ideas while remaining open to alternatives and further
explorations that may be deemed more effective or appropriate
• Meet and collaborate regularly with internal teams
• Can deliver innovative design solutions within given timelines

What You’ll Bring:
• Proficiency & confidence in Adobe CC, especially Adobe XD, Illustrator, InDesign, and
Photoshop to build campaign materials for the Phreesia platform, and other web
design applications such as Figma, (familiarity with motion software After Effects,
Premiere is also a plus)
• Proven experience creating and preparing digital files for programming
• Creating illustrations and/or icons within specific brand guidelines
• Understanding of UX concepts and be able to offer alternate solutions if necessary
• Comfortable working within platform specifications and maximizing them to get the
best creative product
• Proven experience working collaboratively with creative and internal teams
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design required, plus outstanding online portfolio
that demonstrates understanding of digital design and UX best practices
• Minimum 4-8 years at a design studio or agency with digital experience required
• An understanding and general knowledge of different types of creative mediums
(illustration, animation, photo editing, etc) and the ability to work in various styles
• Understanding of HTML and CSS
• Strong visual, written, and oral communication skills are required
• Comfortable working 100% remote–including presenting, receiving feedback via
Zoom/Teams calls
