Clear blue skies of February invite us up to one of the most well placed fort around Pune. A quick ride away from the city Tikona offers beautiful panaromic views of Kamshet lake.
Standing at 3500 ft, the fort is estimated to have been in existence since the 7th-8th century and has seen it’s fair share of conquests and changes. Although the steep steps towards the top are not for the faint hearted, the views on the top will definitely take your breath away, and the monkeys will take away anything you leave unattended 🙂
