In the ever-evolving world of Product Support at Rayden, lies an inspiring story of Rumman Siddiqui, whose resilience and commitment have helped him in his journey from introversion to people management.

Growing up as an introverted kid, he remembers finding it awkward to be in social gatherings and big groups. However, in hindsight he realizes that his introversion wasn’t a hindrance, but a unique trait that has defined his leadership style as a manager. “Introvert doesn’t just mean being shy and unable to talk to people. For me, it means you get energy from others, and can empathize with them more. I connect better with my teammates, and that in-turn makes me a better leader. Win-win!”

The transition from being an introverted kid in school to a people-management role has definitely not been easy. However, it is at Rayden, that he found the nurturing ground to explore his latent leadership qualities. From building a team ground-up to being a manager, the evolution of his skills has been organic. “Perhaps unknowingly, Rayden has made a leader out of me.”

Rumman’s leadership extends beyond the workplace and is founded on genuine intent and support. Drawing from his own experiences, he believes in proactively identifying untapped potential in his team members and steering them toward opportunities where they can shine.

In his journey, he has certainly showcased the transformative power of opportunities, resilience, and an unwavering belief that in the end, it all works out for the best.
