Lubna’s journey at Rayden embodies the organization’s spirit of agility and adaptability. Joining Rayden in February 2022, Lubna initially contributed to the Faxing services team. With each organizational shift, she embraced new challenges, from learning and training in new business lines to, now, setting up teams and processes in Managed Services.
“The journey with Rayden has been amazing. I know I’ve been part of a lot of teams here. But I’ve loved all the transitions and moves. I think moving me from team to team has only showed me the trust the leaders put in my capabilities.” Lubna has consistently embraced all transitions, proved her mettle and led her teams toward success.
Her stellar professional journey from Wipro, IBM, Vodafone, ADP to Rayden has polished her people management skills, and it is these diverse experiences that have shaped her into an empathetic and proficient leader.
Now, as she leads her team in Managed Services, her focus is on fostering a workplace where every individual feels valued. “Today, as a people manager, what is most important for me is to be empathetic. My mantra is simple – treat others as you wish to be treated. It’s not about the designation. It’s about respecting each other as human beings first.”
