Book Recommendations

I have struggled a lot to have a stable thinking pattern and controlling emotions and thoughts has always been difficult for me. In these tough situations, a self-help book – 10% Happier by Dan Harris – helped me deal with the situation somehow! With my recommendation, I hope someone who is struggling can also be better at what they wish to be.

A plethora has been written about it, and a plethora has been said..
A book that needs no introduction, a book everybody knows but seldom reads and rarely understands. A book you can either love or hate but can’t ignore and is most controversial and heavily misunderstood. But it has stood the test of time and become one of the best life-guiding classics of all time – I recommend “The Fountainhead.

I read Gujarati books more than any other language as it helps me remain in touch with my language, culture, and vibes. Recently, I have started reading “Book of Women” by Osho. It is a must-read for anyone who is confused about emotions and wants to have clarity about Love, Marriage, and relationships. I am enjoying it thoroughly and would love to gift it to friends and family.

Glimpses of World History by Jawaharlal Nehru – The book was published in 1942 and is a panoramic sweep of the history of humankind. It is a collection of 196 letters on world history written from various prisons in British India between 1930–1933. The letters were written to his young daughter Indira and were meant to introduce her to world history.

I read this book as a child during my formative years, while still in school. This book gravitated me towards World History as a topic to read about. It roused a hunger within me to know more about it.
