Change is not just a buzzword at Rayden Interactive; it’s the driving force behind our success. But we recognize that everyone responds differently to change, regardless of their experience. Each person takes their own time to adapt and embrace new ways of doing things because change is hard.
Coming from an army background, change has been integral to my life. From changing schools, homes, cities, career options, industry domains – I’ve embraced new challenges with an open mind.
There’s a common perception that change is easier for freshers, but I believe seasoned professionals can pivot in their careers too. Don’t get me wrong- change is neither instant nor painless. It is also not a singular event but a journey.
It all comes down to having an open, accepting mindset. When you’re comfortable being uncomfortable, change stops being daunting and starts becoming exciting, even freeing.
In today’s rapidly evolving business world, being adept at managing change is essential for staying relevant.
Over the past two years, Rayden Interactive has undergone significant changes, both small and large. In the face of internal shifts, I challenge myself to redefine remote working and create an impact beyond my current role. The question is, will you sit on the sidelines or embrace it head-on?
