Himani joined Rayden about a year ago as a Digital Marketing Analyst. She had just finished her maternity leave and was planning to take a break from her career to take care of her 8-month-old daughter, Athira, when the perfect opportunity presented itself – to work remotely.
Embarking on a career restart after a gap felt daunting and overwhelming to her. She vividly remembers feeling lost and lacking confidence, compounded by the responsibilities of caring for a baby at home. Juggling everything seemed like an immense challenge. However, Rayden turned out to be a blessing in disguise, providing her with the opportunity to work from the comfort of her home and offering the flexibility she needed in managing her time effectively.
“I feel blessed that being a mother didn’t become an obstacle in my career, all thanks to the support I’ve received here. I don’t feel alone in this journey because there are so many examples around me. Even the leaders are a great source of inspiration, because I see them managing their work lives beautifully, while being parents.”
From running behind her baby to cooking, cleaning, taking care of the house, attending work meetings through the day and sometimes, staying up late at night to finish pending tasks, Himani truly does it all in a day’s time. The continuous recognition she receives for her efforts, both from within Rayden and our partners at Phreesia, serves as a powerful motivator, inspiring her to keep pushing forward and reaching new heights. After all, it’s all about the “give your best, leave the rest” mantra for her.
