Himani joined Rayden about a year ago as a Digital Marketing Analyst. She had just finished her maternity leave and was planning to take a break from her career to take care of her 8-month-old daughter, Athira, when the perfect opportunity presented itself – to work remotely.
Embarking on a career restart after a gap felt daunting and overwhelming to her.
